: (1) There shall be a Muslim Commission in Nepal consisting of a Chairman and up to four other members.
(2) The President shall appoint the chairman and members of the Muslim Commission on the recommendation of the Constitutional Council (3) The term of office of the chairman and members of the Muslim Commission shall be six years from the date of appointment (4) Qualifications of the Chairman and members of the Muslim Commission, conditions of vacancy, remuneration and conditions of service and other arrangements related to the work, duties and rights of such commission shall be in accordance with the federal law.
